If you need oral surgery this is the place to go! Staff was so kind and friendly and patient. Dr. Kozlovsky is a gifted surgeon! He is so kind, and gentle and an amazing surgeon. He was very patient with me and kind as I asked him many questions. He assured me that everything would go smoothly. Dr. Sandau is the BEST hands down! I finally got my teeth extracted after five visits! My primary dentist was unable to preform the procedure due to my high levels of anxiety; however I googled oral surgeon in my area and was extremely impressed by the reviews of Dr. Sandau. My first consultation with him gave my confirmation that he would be the perfect surgeon for the job. He eased my anxiety and assured me that I would be fine. I must admit he exceeded my expectations and I am absolutely pain free a day after having two molars extracted, not to mention one of the molars was broken off to the gum! Thank you, than you I will be forever grateful! I regret not gave all 4 molars removed.

I have had 2 emergency visits to this dentist for both an apico and an abcess with the past 5 weeks. Neither problem was good but they handled it with care. I would highly recommend Middletown Oral surgery. Like I stated above, they go above and beyond making you feel relaxed. I had an apiocoectomy performed and was quite nervous. Dr Joseph Miele performed the surgery. He explained everything in detail before, during and after. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel rushed, or that I was bothering him. As promised he called me at night to see how I was doing and told me and I quote "if I had any issues, to not hesitate to call him on his cell, or the office as he and his partner are available day/night 7 days a week." That alone made me feel good. He cares about his patients and that is very rare these days. I would like to say Thank you to Dr Miele and his entire staff for their professionalism, their dedication and kindness that they show to their patients.
